Now, there are still big amount of water out there and we must find a way to makes the water return to it place without passing Bangkok. If the water doesn't evaporate. It will ruin the water cycle. If I can help, I would invent a machine that heat the water up and make it evaporate. This way the water in the river will not overflow and everything will return to normal.

Flood (Innovation)
I think that floating toilet is the most important innovation. If there were no floating toilet, how can people use the toilet. If they don't use, the water will become more dirty. What would it be if people does not have toilet to use? I believe that EM ball is important too because it clean the trash out. If the water is clean we don't have to worry about disease. I think most of the people will don't mind walking through nice and clean water.

T, what a fabulous idea! Certainly I thought about the sun evaporating the flood waters on the hot and sunny days, but the idea of making it evaporate manually never crossed my mind. How might this work? I'd love to hear more about this idea. Thanks for sharing.
